Our story
We are Florida homeowners just like you with experience business, technology, compliance, management and corporate governance. We discovered that it's not necessary to pay an attorney for most HOA oversight, just study your HOA's governing documents and the Florida 720 Statutes on homeowners associations.
Hopefully your board of directors and management company (CAB ) or community association manager (CAM) are providing great services. If so, you can support them by understanding their roles. If not, your best bet is to be an informed homeowner/member to address any issues before they become problems. Also, when you share these tasks with neighbors, it lightens the load and strengthens communities.
